Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro Mini-Review

I know you’ve all been on the edge of your seat. Well, it got here yesterday and yes, so far, it’s everything I hoped it would be. Here’s a micro-review of some little details.
Just as a refresher, my home computer has been a PowerBook since the Titanium models, and I’ve traded up with the line as it made sense, going to the Aluminum models, and ultimately ending with the last model produced, the 1.67 GHz PB G4. I had a brief dalliance with a Core Duo Mac mini, but sold it shortly after because I was unhappy with the non-portability of a desktop, and the seemingly meager performance improvements over the PB.
For comparison, the new MBP is a 2.33 GHz model, with 2 GB RAM, and 160 GB HD.
